Design Development and Schematic Design:  Developing together with the client the needs, priorities and individual style for the project design.  Concept boards and sketches, floor and furniture plans are produced to convey the project vision.  Collaborating with the entire design team is imperative to a successful outcome.  Meetings with the architect, builder and specialty subcontractors, like lighting and audiovisual designers, are critical to this process. 

Budget Development: As the design development progresses, every item to be purchased is budgeted in a spreadsheet analysis.  Open communication is key to having the client know what they are realistically spending.

Construction Documents:  Specifications are provided for all aspects of the project including room finish, cabinet, tile, appliance, and plumbing schedules.  Final furniture and lighting plans are issued.  Interior architectural details are drafted and provided as needed.  Meetings with specialty subcontractors to analyze, review and approve their shop drawings are conducted.

Project Management:  Jobsite visits are mandatory and we prefer to be on site as often as possible depending upon the construction schedule.  Communication with the builder is crucial to bringing a project to its fruition.  We strive to provide the contractor with all the information they need in a timely and concise manner.

Custom Furnishings and Lighting: Providing custom pieces including furniture, rugs and lighting is always encouraged.   Providing this service allows for an outcome unique to each project.    Conceptual sketches are drafted and bids are obtained.

Renovation and Remodeling Innovating creative concepts to an existing space allows the useage of our creative skills to their fullest potential.   Realistic outcomes are carefully detailed with smooth transitions to adjacent spaces.  The same services for a large project are incorporated into our remodel projects.
