Design Development and Schematic Design:  Developing together with the client the needs, priorities and individual style for the project design.  Concept boards and sketches, floor and furniture plans are produced to convey the project vision.  Collaborating with the entire design team is imperative to a successful outcome.  Meetings with the architect, builder and specialty subcontractors, like lighting and audiovisual designers, are critical to this process.
